This one is a request from Mary. It's fast and easy and always good. I have tried making it with other types of chocolate chips (peanut butter, etc.) and I don't recommend it. Too Sweet.
1/2 c butter
1 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (6 ounce) package chocolate chips
1 1/3 c flaked coconut
1 c chopped nuts
Preheat oven to 350 (325 for glass dish). In 13x9 baking pan, melt butter sprinkle crumbs over butter, pour condensed milk evenly over crumbs. Top with remaining ingredients, press down. Bake 25 to 30 min. or until lightly browned. Cool. Chill if desired. Cut into bars. Store loosely covered at room temp.
