OCD At Its Best

I admit I am a little OCD about somethings. (I blame my mother, my sister will totally understand what I'm talking about.) This is one of those things. Last night I made these tags for my daughters toy room. The theme is princess (of course). I did the background in pale pink crowns, the letters in purple, and more small crowns in hot pink. Since they are for a toy room I laminated them and added grommets for the ribbon so they don't fall apart in a month. No, I don't think this will make her put her toys away(I'm not crazy, just OCD).

Trip to the Zoo

This has nothing to do with stamping but I liked the picture. My hubby and I took our 2 year old to the Minnesota Zoo last Saturday morning, before it got to hot. Her favorite part is the butterfly house. I have been trying to work on my close up photography, so here is my favorite.

I WON! I WON! I WON!

First of all I never win anything. I have entered for more blog candy drawings than I care to admit to. This week was A Muse A Palooza at my local SB store hosted by the wonderful Tami Wood, and I WON the Grand Prize! Plus I won a ton of other drawings that Tami had. I think Tami is my lucky charm.

My Sweet Little Butterfly

This was a super fast and easy page but I thought the busy pattern was a lot to take in. I stamped the corner with a flourish and scallop punched the journal circle. The butterfly is from Joann's dollar spot, I just cut it out and added the A Muse bling. Like I said fast and easy.

Holy Tedious Work

Talk about time consuming. The flowers sounded like a good idea when I started and turned into a marathon of punching and gluing. Before I knew it was 2 a.m. Most of the flowers have 3 layers plus leaves.
