Are you ready to go Under the Sea?

My 3 year old is in love with The Little Mermaid. So of course this stamp was a must. I just wish I had this stamp last October when I was creating for her birthday party. Here she is, Mermaid Anya!

OK, are you dying? The Greeting Farm never ceases to amaze me with the images they come up with. I thought acetate was perfect to give her that water feeling.

Her Royal Highness Princess Anya

Here she is, Princess Anya. Isn't she perfect! I just want to squeeze her. And no you aren't seeing things, those are real eyelashes. Well, as real as fake lashes can be.:) I used the individual ones but I'm sure you could cut down the full eye type. I glued the ricrac on the grossgrain ribbon before making the knot. The image is colored with Copics and Spica glitter pens. The crown, wand, and front of dress is paper peiced with glitter paper.

Keep checking back. There are more Anya's to come.

Valentines Sugar Nellie ATC

Warning: Don't peek if your in my ATC club.

This ATC opens like a card. I liked the ribbon notch I used in the card I posted earlier today so I tried on this ATC. The velvet cardstock is Doodlebug (bubblegum). At was afraid I wouldn't be able to stamp on it or it would smear. Not at all, it stamps like a dream. The heart bling and the be mine is from A Muse. Inside is Luvvie on of the Sugar Nellie stamps. I used Copics on her (E00, E22, R20, E37, G07, R29, RV32, RV34, C1) and Spica glitter pens (Pink, Red, Olive).

Happy Valentines Day - Rock Candy

I saw these in the Fed. Issue of Family Fun Magazine and had to give it a try. They are very easy to make, great for class gifts. I did use a ton on scor-tape though. http://jas.familyfun.go.com/crafts?page=CraftDisplay&craftid=12116

Well, you know us crazy stampers always have to take it one step further. I changed the string to Martha Stewart red and pink twine. Then I put them in bags and made a topper. The punch border is also Martha (I think). The Ipod and sentiment stamp is A Muse.

Papertray Masculine Birthday Card

First off, sorry for the bad photo. The blue is a pale baby blue and just doesn't show up very well. I totally cased this from Papertrey. Boy cards are always hard for me, and this was so quick and easy.

Stamp - It's A Celebration - Papertrey

Paper - Papertrey

Ink - Lemon Tart, Spring Rain Papertrey

Ribbon - Spring Rain Grosgrain - Papertrey

clear button, scrapworks waxy flax - bright white, blue brads, Gelly Roll yellow sparkle pen

Felt Fortune Cookies Blog Candy Giveaway!

I saw a picture of these cute little guys on a blog, but they gave no info. on them what so ever. So I was on my own to figure how to make them, and I'm pretty happy with how they turned out. I ended up making about 20 by the time I was done. I had to make the take out box to match, it makes such a cute gift.

So here is what you have to do to win your own box of fortune cookies. Leave me a comment on this post letting me know what you think of my blog, what kind of projects you like to see, where you live, or how the weather is. Whatever, just leave me a comment. I will announce the winner on Valentines Day. Good Luck!

Box: Sizzix
Stamp: A Muse
Felt, Ribbon, DMC Floss, Zip Dry

Trip to Stillwater, MN

We jumped in the van and took a little day trip yesterday. Went to Stillwater, it's a neat little historic town about 45 minutes from us. They have a lot of neat shopping, resturants, and antiques in the down town area. Addison loved it and we plan on coming back when it's warmer.

I WON! I WON! I WON! Club Anya Scavenger Hunt

First off, I never win anything. I have probably entered hundreds of blog candy drawings and never once won. Well, today was my day! I was one of the first 20 people to get the Club Anya Scavenger Hunt correct. I love Anya's, you can check out the super cute images here at The Greeting Farm. This is what I won, an Anya Pocket Mirror. I received this Princess stamp for Christmas, isn't she the cutest? I had to get the new Anya Cheerleader with a big letter A on her uniform. I can see the Michigan cheerleader now with the A for Addison. Thanks Jessica Diedrich, it was lots of fun.
