Recipe: Crockpot Chicken

This a recipe my friend asked for, so I thought as long as I was typing up for her I would share it with you.  This is one of those passed from a friend to co-worker recipes you pick up along your life.

In crock pot combine


2-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 large family size cream of chicken soup
1 small can cream of mushroom soup (or any cream soup you like)
1 8oz. cream cheese - softened
1 8oz. sour cream
1 pkg. good seasons Italian dressing mix
1/2 cup red wine (optional),
cover chicken completely in mixture. Cook on low 7-8 hours or on high 4-5 hours. Serve over rice or flat egg noodles.
